LIABILITY

BY SENDING US A PAYMENT YOU (THE BUYER) HAVE AGREED UNCONDITIONALLY TO ALL OF OUR POLICIES LISTED BELOW, AND THOSE NOT LISTED.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO ANY OF OUR POLICIES.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE HEREIN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PAID BY THE PURCHASER. THIS INCLUDES ANY AND ALL RETURNS. BY SENDING US A PAYMENT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ALL ARE POLICIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR NOT, THEY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY ORDER AS MOST MERCHANDISE IS SEASONAL AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURER WITHOUT NOTICE.

BUMPS AND BRUISES:
These items are subject to be recieved by our customers with what we call "Bumps and/or Bruises".
It is quite normal for these items to have imperfections (Bumps and/or Bruises and/or Scratches) considering the nature of their process, which includes, but is not limited to; Handling, Shipping and the Assembly Line. Bumps and/or bruised and/or scratched items are normal and we WILL NOT reship any for replacement. If you have a hard time living with this, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEM.

SHORTAGES AND/OR WRONG ITEM(S) RECIEVED:
In the event you claim to have recieved the wrong item or the wrong qty...
Shortages: We will initiate an investigation at our warehouse replicating your order in a manner and make a decision at a later date.
Wrong Item recieved: WE REQUIRE THE/ALL INCORRECT ITEM(s) BACK. NO EXCEPTIONS! ONCE WE VERIFY YOUR CLAIM OF RECIEVING THE WRONG ITEM, WE WILL SHIP ANOTHER ONE, IF IN STOCK. WE MUST FIRST HAVE THE ITEM YOU RECIEVED BEFORE ANYTHING IS DONE. THERE IS SIMPLY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! SO ORDER AHEAD OF TIME.

NON RECIEPT OF GOODS
Non reciept of goods. If you claim to have not recieved an item we have shipped and the tracking information states otherwise:
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOU CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE THE CLAIM WITH THEM AND NOT US OR PAYPAL, OR ANY OF THE OTHER PROCESSORS WE USE FOR PAYMENT.
FURTHER, WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AGAIN
(if the item(s) is/are in stock)WITHOUT A REFUND FROM US.
THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND THERE ARE "NO" EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.


FULLFILLMENT:
ALL ORDERS PLACED BY "YOU" TO "US" ARE SUBJECT TO BE PARTIALLY FULLFILLED. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE FULLFILLED, "WE" WILL SHIP A PARTIAL ORDER, WITH YOUR APPROVAL,  WITH THE REMAINDER OF YOUR PAYMENT REFUNDED. WE DO NOT OFFER BACK ORDERS.

POST CANCELLATIONs and CANCELLATIONS:
If you place an order and that order has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel that order,
there WILL BE a 10% administration fee of the order total.

If you place an order and that order has not yet shipped, but HAS been processed, and you wish to cancel that order,
there WILL BE a 20% administration feeof the order total.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, but it has shipped, the sale is final. A return will be gladly accepted with an Return Merchandise Authorization number. Our return policy applies. This means (but not limited to) that it must be returned freight pre-paid. Appropriate charges WILL apply AND be deducted from your credit, if due. Contact us via email for an RMA number.
RMA numbers ARE NOT given over the phone.

INTERNET RETURNS OR ADJUSTMENTS
You must contact us within a 3 day period of the receipt of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number for any reason.
Return Authorizations will not be considered after this time. Credits and/or Refunds will not be issued without the proper Return Authorization Number. ALL Authorizations must include a copy of your invoice. All returns must be returned to us freight prepaid, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, AND less shipping/handling charges. Credits are issued in 30-60 days.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED OR DISCARDED AND NOT CREDITED NOR RETURNED TO YOU.

In the event of a damaged parcel, you must contact us within a 3 day period of receipt of shipment. We will then issue the appropriate return and handling procedure as ALL damaged mechadise is recovered by us.
IN THE UN-LIKELY EVENT THIS OCCURS, YOU MUST SAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. DO NOT USE THE DAMAGED ITEMS. USING THEM CONSTITUTES FRAUD! THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK, NOR A REFUND GIVEN IF SO.
REPLACEMENT MERCHANDISE (IF AVAILABLE) WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECIEVE THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. PLEASE PLAN/ORDER ACCORDINGLY.

WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING OR/AND HANDLING CHARGES.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED AFTER 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT.

Merchandise purchased before a particular Holiday may not be returned after it, whether for refund, credit, exchange etc etc etc..

NEARLY LAST BUT NOT LEAST, BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING ANY GOODS, ITEMS ETC ETC ETC FROM ANY OF OUR SITES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO eBay, YOU HEREBY UNCONDITIONALY AGREE NOT TO HOLD US, SEASONS LA, OR ANY EMPLOYEE(s), ANY OFFICERS OR ANY HELPERS ETC ETC ETC, RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COINCIDENTAL, INCIDENTAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR, OR OTHERWISE.
IN OTHER WORDS, YOU AS THE BUYER CONSENT TO RELEASE OF FULL LIABILITY AGAINST US UNCONDITIONALLY.

ALL SALES FINAL.
